【PEARL】Dispatch of Academic Transcripts for the Fall Semester of the 2017 Academic Year


Your academic transcript will be sent out to the address of your guarantor on the afternoon of March 9. Academic transcripts will be reissued in cases of non-delivery from March 14 onward. If you do not receive your academic transcript, bring your student ID card and report to the Faculty of Economics counter at the Hiyoshi Office of Student Services as soon as possible. Under no circumstances will academic transcripts be reissued for reasons other than non-delivery. Please be sure to keep your transcript in a safe place.


 Although academic transcripts can be viewed using keio.jp, a cover letter detailing the period for accepting inquiries under the grade query system and the schedule for the new semester, as well as other notifications for individual students, will be enclosed with the academic transcript sent out by post. Make sure that you receive these documents along with the academic transcript from your guarantor and check their contents (the link below can be used to view the cover letter).
