Application Procedure for Issuance of Certificates (Graduate School of Business Administration)

Issuance of Various Types of Certificates

The Office of Graduate School of Business Administration issues various types of certificates. Students can apply by completing the designated application form and submit this with the required application fee. Once an application has been submitted, issuance of the requested certificate(s) typically requires 1-2 business days. Please note that students must be able to present a valid student ID card upon receipt of the certificate(s). An application fee of 200 yen is required for issuance of the following certificates (English or Japanese version).

  • Transcript of Academic Record
  • Certificate of Enrollment
  • Certificate of Expected Completion
