What we offer

We will give you three kinds of one-to-one support as below.

  • Guidance (information and general advice)
  • Applications advice and feedback
  • Interview coaching
 
 We ask that you book an appointment to use these services. Appointments are bookable only in person at our office.

Who can use our services

 To be eligible to access career services we offer, you must fall into one of the categories below. 

  • Regular students in their third year of the undergraduate programme or in their first year of the master's programme. They may belong to any faculty or graduate school.
  • Exchange students who want to find employment (except a part-time job) in Japan

Time when you can use our services

We offer you our services from the fall semester of the previous academic year of your graduation or completion.

  • If you graduate or complete the programme in September 2019 or March 2020, you can use our services from the fall semester of academic year 2018.
  • If you graduate or complete the programme in September 2020 or March 2021, you can use our services from the fall semester of academic year 2019.

Opening hours
 Monday - Friday: 8.45am - 4.45pm
 The office is closed during Keio University holidays and Mita Campus closure days. Please check our news (only in Japanese) before visiting us.

Support hours
 Tuesday and Thursday: Start at 9.30am or 1.30pm (30-60 mins)
 Consultation in English is available.
 Visit us in person during our opening hours to book an appointment if you would like to use our one-to-one support services.
