Group Travel Application Forms (Group Discount)
Purpose
Student Travel Fare Discount issued in addition to the yearly fixed number of regular Student Travel Fare Discount Certificates for the purpose of off-campus student group activities.
Application form to purchase Japan Railway-issued Group Travel Discount Tickets
* Group travel application forms can be obtained from travel agencies, university offices or Co-op stores.

Application Requirements
Students must bring a valid student ID card.
* When applying for Special Gakuwari (Special Student Travel Fare Discount Certificates), student ID cards of all concerned students are required.
Submit half of the Form to Report Off-Campus Student Group Activities.
Submit the Recipients List of Student Group Discount, available at the applicable offices.
