Application Procedure (application procedure varies depending on purpose, date and time of use)

1. First day of spring semester (1 April) to day before start of summer vacation (28 July)

2. First day of fall semester (22 September) to day before start of entrance exams (11 February)

* Available hours: 9:00-18:00

Not including Sundays, national holidays, University holidays and Mita Festival period.

1. Summer vacation period (29 July to 21 September)

2. Mita Festival period (excluding pre- and post-festival periods)

3. Winter vacation period (23 December to 5 January)

4. Entrance exam period (12 February to 31 March)

5. Sundays, national holidays and University holidays other than the above
* In principle, student clubs are not allowed to use rooms on Saturdays.

6. In addition to the above, before 9:00 and after 18:00.
* In principle, student clubs are allowed to use rooms between 9:00 and 18:00.
