Considerations When Using the Academic Affairs Web System

  • Do not use your browser’s Forward and Back buttons when you are using the Academic Affairs Web System. If you accidentally click on one of these buttons and the page is not displayed, reload the page.
  • You will be logged off the system after 30 minutes of inactivity. Please be aware that depending on your ISP, you may be cut off at intervals shorter than 30 minutes.
  • If you click on the Back or Forward button on your browser several times, or are timed out following 30 minutes of inactivity, your browser may display an access error or go completely blank. If that happens, close your browser, wait 10 seconds before restarting your browser, and try to access the system again. If this happens while you are in the process of your online registration, your data may have not been saved properly. Please be sure to check your registration status.
  • If a name or other text has a particularly rare character, it may not be displayed properly. This does not mean that there is a problem with this system.
